Thanks to Stuart for the message below.
Just to note that this deal will not reduce the costs of providing Internet
access in Suffolk libraries because we use leased lines, and Internet and
all staff traffic runs over the same lines i.e. we already make more
effective use of communications links. I now have the task of making it
clear in Suffolk that our costs have not reduced.
