Dear Judy,
Do we really need another list, that will lead to more stratification and
isolation? We already have three that i am aware of, this one, which is an
enclave for pwd disabilities in charge of their brains, and hence their
lives, and who are 'edekated' and tolerates parents with ill grace, the list
for pwd, where we parents only get access through the tradesmen's entrance
as non voting associates, and the new list Dona st up, which is set up like
alcoholics anonymous, even though its objectives may be different.
We seem to get trapped in the Romeo and Juliet syndrome: more and more,
higher and higher walls dividing us. I think it is high time we stopped
looking for things that divide us and start looking for the things that
unite us. I am sure there must be a couple somewhere.
There better be! Loosen up, and with xmas coming on show some spirit of
christian charity, and come out of the bunkers and foxholes as the case may
be.
Have a good time, rgds John
