The DC element set includes Identifier - so the link is inside the set.
When using the proposed RDF syntax, the 'about' attribute on the
rdf:Description element provides the functionality of a single Identifier
property.

I don't know. I guess so. Seems a bit useless though :-). Why do you
ask?

Format isn't defined by MIME. The list of MIME types provides one set of
values (a value qualifier) for the Format element.
Yes, there is overlap and yes, this is potentially confusing. However,
consider a GIF image of some text...
DC.Format = application/gif
DC.Type = Text

There is certainly overlap between Source and Relation. Note that the
isBasedOn type is also a problem here.

I don't know, but I agree that the Guidance document should show how this
is handled.

To my knowledge, there has been no attempt to model DC in UML. The
possibility has been mentioned once, on the DC Datamodel WG mailing list
([log in to unmask]). It sounds interesting. I suggest that you
join that list and ask the question there?

This is hard to answer. When I put stuff on the Web here, I tend to put
UKOLN, University of Bath
as the publisher. I would guess that in your case, UCL is the publisher.
