I wonder if you realise that you may be infringing copyright by this
product. As you know, Student Satisfaction was introduced to UCL after we
had started it at UCE (then Birmingham Polytechnic). The first questionnaire
used at UCL was plaigerised from UCE (it was identical except that
Birmingham Polytechnic had been erased from the questionnaire. It even had
the same spelling mistake). The Student Satisfaction Manual has been
published by Open University Press and there appear to be very similar
chapters in the product below. No doubt OU Press will take whatever action
is necessary.
