                        EIGHTH ROGERIAN CONFERENCE
                             MARTHA E. ROGERS'
                     SCIENCE OF UNITARY HUMAN BEINGS:
                  EMERGING CONCEPTS AND ISSUES IN HEALTH

                              June 9-11, 2000
                            New York University
                            Division of Nursing

CRITERIA:

1. The most current work of Rogers' Science of Unitary Human Beings must
provide the scientific basis for the presentation.

2. The presentation may reflect changing perspectives of education,
practice,    research, and theory development within the Science of Unitary
Human Beings.

3. The presentation may reflect the creative and imaginative use of Rogers'
   Science in emerging issues in health

4. The presentation may focus on emerging concepts within Rogers' Science.

5. The presentation may offer an emerging perspective on the changing
mutual    Human-Healthcare Practice process 	


Symposia, panel presentations, critiques and/or debates are encouraged.
The program committee may suggest revisions and/or changes in the
presentation format.  Presenters are responsible for all expenses and will
receive a 40% discount on the registration fee for the full conference.  

One page abstracts are to be mailed or faxed by OCTOBER 1, 1999 to:
