Nabil,
How about the rest of the eval for the knee..anything +ve, such as McMurray
(meniscus), Lachman test, ant drawer tests? If all else is negative, have you
tried IFES with pain/edema settings as well as 2500mHz (rehab) setting for
the VMO, scar mobs, patellofemoral mobs if necessary, mulligan
mobs...strengthening the VMO esp... actually, it is hard to say exactly
what protocol I'd follow without knowing the results of the eval and all. We
have seen some nice results regarding edema with the IFES/ cold pack
modalities.
