Slovo: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Russian, Eurasian and East

Slovo is a fully-refereed journal published by postgraduates of the
School of Slavonic and East European Studies at the University of
London. Composed of academic articles, review articles, and book and
film reviews, the journal covers a wide range of topics in Russian,
Central and East European, and Eurasian studies. Recent contributions
have addressed politics, the environment, cinema, history, folk
music, nationalism, economics, and literature.
Slovo publishes articles and reviews by both established academics
and postgraduates. We are currently issuing a call for papers for
Volume 12, to be published in March 2000. For more information, or to
