Althogu my reply may stray from what you say,
in my view, a "language" is not an attribute for a proper name being written.
"script" is needed to it instead.
For instance, "OHYA" is neither English nor Japanese.
A name x is written "OHYA" in ASCII. It is one of the appearances of x.
