Going on Holiday or Changing your Address?
=========================================
Many of us leave our workplace for an extended period over summer, while
others change employment and close their current e-mail facility. If you do
this, messages sent to you via the Simuliidae List will be returned to the
sender with at least another 2 copies to the listowner, whose mailbox may
rapidly fill up with "address unknown" messages which is very annoying.
So before you go away you may wish to temporarily SUSPEND messages from
your Simuliidae list by sending this message to [log in to unmask]
suspend mail Simuliidae
stop
On your return, you can RESUME mail by sending this message to
[log in to unmask]
resume mail Simuliidae
stop
For more information, see:
http://www.mailbase.ac.uk/docs/user-suspend.html
Remember, you can always use the web archives to catch up on any messages
you may
have missed by visiting the web at:

Changing Address and Leaving the List
=========================================
If you are moving to another e-mail address, the simplest action is to leave
Simuliidae from your current location by sending an e-mail to:
[log in to unmask]
with this text in the body of the message
leave Simuliidae
stop
"stop" should be on the second line
When you are installed at your new location, to re-join Simuliidae send this
message:
join Simuliidae [your first name and last name]. example
"join Simuliidae Joe Bloggs"

please contact the list owner by sending a message to:
