I think what you are looking for is Therapy Outcome Measures, Eds Enderby
P, John, A and Petheram, B..
Published by singular publishing group.
This looks at neuro from 4 categories: 3 of these in conjunction with WHO
classification of Impairment, Disability and Handicap, but add another :
Distress/wellbeing
Also looks at neurological disorders and stroke as separate categories.
As with all measures, it has its' faults!
