Abigail, Glad to hear about your work on Alexander! As for the Gloss on
John, you might check in with Larry Frizzell at Seton Hall. He gave a
paper at the Zoo on it a couple of years ago. He was looking especially
at the anti-Jewish character of it, but he probably knows more about it
than that. He's on the SSBMA list, but occasionally messages bounce back
from Seton Hall. But he's definitely there!
A caveat about versions. I noticed while I was working on Romans, that
the Rusch text is already considerably amplified beyond what the majority
of manuscripts report. In the case of Paul, it's essentially a question
of material from Lombard creeping in. It's not likely that this
is a problem in John, but let the reader beware!
