Sheri you didn't say how long it has been since his last fasciotomy. Assuming it
has been at least 3 weeks I would work on calf stretching fairly aggressively. He
probably also needs soft tissue work of the triceps surea. The gait deviations
will resolve once he has adequate dorsi flexion.
