Redundancy makes errors less able to propagate. In this case, any keying errors will
cause a mistake. To ignore case may reduce the options, but can very well save a lot
of trouble. And this does not even start to consider how to match up different ways
of using case. "CrEaToR, anyone?
I think "recognise that case doesn't matter in HTML, so leave the existing
installed base alone." is best.
Of course, I am open to learning more. This is all very new for me.
