Scott,
we have a taxan svga 11" which cost about £1300 18 months ago. The prices
have dropped considerably. Ours went wrong just outside maintenance and
cost about £300 to fix. We have used it built into a lectern, it is a lot
smaller and neater than a crt monitor. We don't use it for video, only
data, but it gives very acceptable picture quality for the pc. We are
looking at buying more this year, but probably looking at xga to be
compatible with new projectors.
