Academic Career Pathways in General Practice and Primary Care
Wednesday 16th June, 1999
The seminar run in conjunction with the AUDGP aims to:
* Provide an overview of current issues relating to careers in
academic general practice
* Provide delegates with the opportunity to deliberate with people who
are leading the national debate
* Discuss opportunities for the future and difficulties currently
encountered by people wishing to work in academic general practice.
* Offer practical assistance to individuals wishing to identify and
acquire the necessary skills and experience needed to work in and progress
in an academic career.
* Provide an opportunity to network with colleagues already working in
academic general practice.
