What do you want to screen with the questionnaire? What is the objective of
screening this normal population?
The Oswestry identifies the degree to which low back pain affects your day
to day activities ie the level of disability you have with your back pain
and can be used to see whether your intervention has made a difference to
this disability (not necessarily any difference to pain).
It is unlikely, therefore that it is of any use in a normal population
except to identify those with back pain.
