Firstly - sincere apologies for cross posting - and spamming!
Following the success of last on-line seminar by Prof David Boud, I am
writing to invite you to take part in the next in the series:.

Learner Managed Learning in Organisations
led by
Professor Ian Cunningham
******************************************
Ian writes.... ŒThis seminar will build on material already on the ICLML web
site. It will focus on the practical issues of using learner managed
learning within both public and private sector organisations. I will post an
opening piece based on the 'Declaration on Learning', a statement issued by
a group of leading specialists in learning within organisational settings,
and will make reference to case material from my own experience. I will
specifically look at the implications for the development of learner managed
learning approaches, drawing on the experience of using Self Managed
Learning in a wide range of organisations.
I hope that we will be able to explore topics such as:-
… strategic learning issues for organisations
… the use of learning groups or learning sets
… the implications for coaching and mentoring
… the use of strategic learning contracts.
I look forward to your presence at the seminar.¹
