Dr Jane Hunter has been doing some excellent work in Australia:

Meanwhile here at `Cinemedia' in Melbourne, Australia we are grappling
with the practical problems of building a robust infrastructure to
support the use of DC metadata as a management tool for our 40,000
film and video titles and as `Good Practice' (really awareness building)
for our digital content creators.

We would be very interested to hear what anyone else is doing
particularly when it comes to the role of DC metadata in copyright
management?
Our currrent thinking is that `Access Conditions' is a more accurate
description of the problem of sequence, frame or object use than `Rights'.
Hope this helps.
Regards
Simon
