Martin,
You will find it useful to create case nodes, one for each site. Also, you
will need nodes for things like which report no./year. i.e. create nodes
that will assist with the organisation of your data as well as with
indexing the content of the reports. It all becomes quite manageable then.
for example, it will then be quite easy to review a site over time, or to
compare sites.
