This seminar is designed to offer practical advice and guidance to both public library and local authority IT staff, on the strategic management and delivery of electronic services over the Public Library Network, and the central role of the library website.
The seminar is aimed at library service and IT Department staff who are responsible for the overall management and development of local authority and public library websites. It will be particularly relevant to those who are working on ICT service strategies and their implementation as the New Library Network is rolled out. Please note, the seminar does NOT address the use of technical tools.
