As reported in the Jan/Feb 99 issue of the Ragged Edge, "Kevorkian,
70, has killed 130 disabled people in his 8-year spree." (That

Please note that Kevorkian was a pathologist (i.e., his patients
were dead already) who has had his medical license revoked.

I find Kevorkian's campaign and message terrifying, and the absence
of critical comment even more so. For example, the US's most
respected TV news show "60 Minutes" recently ran Kevorkian's own
video tape of him actively killing a man with ALS. (Partly sparked
by this, a new prosecutor is charging Kevorkian with murder.) At
the same time, "Tuesdays with Morrie," a memoir between a student
and his former teacher (who has that same impairment, and is full
of gusto about life), is at the top of the bestsellers' list.
