No, but the idea is to try and educate people that these thinks happen for a
reason (speed, tailgating, alcohol, poor lighting, poor roads etc) and are NOT
"accidents" (fate, predestination, act of God etc..).
It used to upset me working in Lewis when youg people died in drink related
crashes. The locals used to say "It was his time". This kind of mentality
leads to more deaths, because it does not change behaviour.
