I have much of the discussion a valuable insight into aspects of EBHC I had been only dimly aware of. It is easy enough to toss the less relevant ones after a quick scan. I am happy to trust the sense of the list rather than imposed silences.

Dr. Sackett: I would simply ask that participants voluntarily discuss this
off line. It is indeed an extremely important topic, but it is a very big
stretch (lets be intellectually honest now) to relate much of the traffic
I've seen on this subject to evidence based health.
