Just a note on cultural (and legal) differences here. In the U.S., the ADA
specifies the number of parking spaces as a proportion of the number of
total parking spaces, without regard to the nature of the facility being
parked at. (Dangling participle noted.) With very few exceptions (e.g.
privately rented parking spaces) it's the same proportion at a
rehabilitation hospital as at, uhhmmm, a motorcycle sales office. Or a
Republican Party headquarters. Otherwise an interesting research idea.
