Havent tried this one? How long does it take? Sounds good.
I have been very impressed with a technique taught to me my Kieth
Conover from WEMSI in Pittsburgh. It simply involves gentle prolonged
traction - I use 2 inch webbing - we teach this very gentle technique to
Mountain Rescue personel. The techique includes 'talking the patient
down' ie relaxation or even hypnosis. I have used it just 3 times in
anger and succeeded every time with minimal pain. I like it cos it
involves minimal force and movement - I am an hour away from a DGH and
usually have no XR available.
Cheers
