Dear Jorge
If development goes well, we hope to provide a complete
spm batching system. It is tested at the moment and
should be within the final release of spm99 (again,
depending on time and developement constraints).
This system is embeded in spm99 to ease maintainability
(such that there is only one code - this developed by S. Rouquette
and myself). It is complete and flexible: you can do any series of
operations you usually perform with spm (realign, normalise, smooth,
estimate a model, compute contrasts, ... ) for a series of subjects or
a series of groups of subjects.
Concurrently, there is also the work of Stefan Sunaert & Erik Beatse
(http://www.kuleuven.ac.be/radiology/Research/fMRI/kulSPM/index.html)
that you may find useful.
all the best,
JB
