The deadline for the survey on the use of
computer-assisted assessment (CAA) in UK higher education has been
extended to 7 May 1999. The survey is part of an HEFCE-funded project
on the implementation and evaluation of CAA and a paper version was
distributed to you with a recent UCoSDA mailing.
We are very interested in the views of individuals involved with staff
development. Therefore, even if you have no direct experience of CAA,
we would still greatly value your opinions.
Our study is heavily dependent upon the goodwill of respondents, and
to show our appreciation, we will enter the names from all completed
questionnaires submitted by 7 May 1999 in a draw for one of ten book
tokens, each worth 20 pounds.
If you would prefer to complete the questionnaire online (which
should take no more than 15 minutes) please go to
http://caacentre.ac.uk/quest and choose the staff development link.
Further information about the survey is also available here. If you
would prefer to receive a paper copy of the questionnaire, you can
either email us at [log in to unmask] or download a pdf version
from the site.
Thank you very much for your time and co-operation.
