WORKING WITH THE KENNEDY ASSASSINATION RECORDS REVIEW BOARD

Dr. Joyce was nominated by President Clinton to serve on the
Assassination Records Review Board, which declassified Federal government
records relating to the murder of John F. Kennedy. He will discuss the
board's findings and speculate on the larger implications of its work.
This event is free and open to the general public. There will be
a reception following the lecture, sponsored by the Friends of the Drew
University Library.
This lecture is one in a series funded by the Gladys Krieble
Delmas Foundation. Later this spring, we will present talks by David
Scott Kastan (Columbia University) on "The Mechanics of Culture: Editing
Shakespeare Today" (March 29); and Wayne Wiegand (University of Wisconsin
- Madison) on "Collecting Contested Titles: Controversial Books in Rural
Midwest Libraries, 1893-1956" (April 8).
