Hi everyone,
An interesting look at what tourists 'consume' in the way of sights,
sites, and locations is discussed in John Urry's book The Tourist Gaze.
Has some implications for eductional tourism too: just what is it that
tourists are searching for when they travel? Whend does
curiosity become voyuerism? Or is that too strong a word?
