I am trying to do a multi-subject single slice fmri analysis.
The slices are roughly transverse and I have analysed each of the subjects
separately. The results are what we expect and are in the same area for each
subject. Does anybody have any ideas as to how I can combine the
significances across all the subjects in the study.
The obvious problem is performing spatial normalisation on single slice
data. If this cannot be done then what can be said about the statistical
inference across subjects.
