Hi,
I have been having some difficulty with normalization of PET images in
SPM99b, and I want to make sure that I have reasonable data to expect a
good normalization.
The field of view of our camera is much smaller than the data found in
the templates. Does the normalization routine optimize for the field of
view at all, or will it try to deform the edges of the image to cover
regions of the template not found in the image?
If not is there a way to limit the normalization to using information
from a specific region of the template?
Thanks,
