Hello John,
I am trying to normalise dynamic ECAT studies with spm. To determine the
normalisation parameters, I create an average volume of the last 4
frames of one ECAT file. Th parameters are found correctly. The problem
is how to produce dynamic ECAT files given those normalisation
parameters. I am trying to dapt the spm_write_sn routine to write
dynamic studies. I have a few questions on that subject, which I hope
you can help me with:
What does the /*generate a mask for where there is data in all images*/
do? is it essential for writing the correct result or has it been
introduced for speedup?
what is the meaning of the line /*msk{j} = find(Count ~=
prod(size(V)));*/ ? Does it return the co-ordinates/planes in which
there is data/no data?
Is the meaning of spm_sample_vol mainly to interpolate, or does it
actually transform the co-ordinate system?
Thanks in advance for your advice,
Alle Meije
