If you have access to IDL, I have some code that will do a simple version
of this for you (and could easily be extended to do more sophisticated
things).
go to http://www-psych.stanford.edu/~poldrack/fmri_code/ and download
depict_tal.tar.gz. It should be pretty self-evident, but feel free to
write me if you have any questions.
You may want to test a few known points against the Talairach atlas (from
which the template is derived) to make sure that there are no differences
between your system and mine that would render the mapping inaccurate.
