Dear Andrew:
I've hacked together some software in the past which does this. Basically
you feed it a set of XYZ coordinates, a color for each coordinate and
(optional) the size of the volume, and it plot points on a glass brain. The
program is called mip_maker and it uses the SPM96 glass brain.
There are rudimentary directions in the file, but to summarize if you want
to plot a point in the standard spm space you'd type
mip_maker('display',[36 3 36],[1 0 0])
This would plot a red dot at coordinate x=36, y=3, and z=36.
You can also put this into an excel text file which you would load for
plotting. See the file.
Try ftp'ing to 165.124.234.101, user anonymous, pass your email, and you'll
find it in the mip_maker directory.
good luck,
Darren.
