Ken,
Once again I am about to suggest that you try William Foot at the Defence of
Britain project.
WIlliam is the man for such things due to his previous 'history' at the PRO.
He has an intimate knowledge of the available 'route-maps' of these sites;
documentary records re. their wartime excavation and refilling; and other
such details.
Also, I know of some particularly good photographs at the NMRC (William has
seen copies of these) which show parts of the ditch-systems in all their
glory during the war.
Contact William through the details below (I have left off his email address
as it does not appear to be working at the moment):

Ps. William also wrote an article for British Archaeology on AT ditches. I
am sure he can supply you with the volume number, etc. (I cannot remember
which one off the top of my head)

Subject: Anti-tank ditches
This enquiry was kind of inspired by Nick's question about pillboxes. I
am interested in finding out the locations (or probable locations) of
as much of the network of anti-tank ditches as possible. Is anyone
working on this?
Thanks
Ken
