Dear all,
I am following Route A to chartership and would be interested to know if
anyone has evaluated their training programme itself in any detail in their
report? Or should one simply focus on the training events that may have
taken place, without necessarily referring to the programme?
For example, it was proposed that I would use the Framework for CPD during
my training programme, but in the end I didn't very much; I am wondering
whether this needs explaining in the PDR, or whether the training programme
is simply a unit in itself which is finished with, once completed.
It appears a sensible thing to consider to me, but I am unsure in how much
depth to treat the topic, and whether to include the training document
itself as an Appendix - of course the LA will have a copy of this, but
perhaps not the person who reads my report?!
As far as I could see, the Handbook makes no particular mention of this
matter.
Look forward to reading any comments / suggestions!
Best wishes,
Nicola
