If I understand it correctly, the draft Statutory Instrument
"The Data Protection (Subject Access) (Fees and Miscellaneous
Provisions) Regulations 1999" at
http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk/ccpd/dpsafmsi.htm sets a maximim
fee of 10 UKP.
