'racc ocsa' means nothing to me, except that ochsa is the Swedish for also
(with a circle over the a). Is the iron from the furnace site? If so I would
suggest it is unlikely to be contemporary, because relatively little Swedish
iron was imported when the Wealden industry was at its height and
particularly not into the Weald, since that was an iron producing area.

I believe the bar of iron with the stamped letters was found at the
Shillinglee House, not at the furnace site. There is a connection between the
owners of Shillinglee and Alexander Raby in the late-18th century, so it is
conceivable that it dates from then.
