New issue of the Journal of the Historical Metallurgy
Society Vol 32(2) has just landed on my door mat.
Its contents, heavily biases toward ferrous metallurgy, are
outlined below. I welcome the introduction (or should I say
reintroduction) of the recent excavations section, which
gives interim reports on current or recent excavation. I
hope that the Journal will have more contributions along
these lines, and that members of this list who are engaged
on excavation, or post-excavation studies, of metallurgical
sites are willing to contribute.
