Matt, I don't suppose you mean the discussion of the probability of two cot
deaths discussion. However I'd like to say that this is the only place that
something like this will ever get discussed in this sort of statistical
detail and I think it an entirely appropriate and possibly central to the
reason for such a list as allstat. It is the statistical community that
needs to get its thoughts clear on this sort of issue and press the legal
system to use probabilistic logic in the most appropriate way - no one else
