LECTURER IN BIOSTATISTICS
Department of Community Health and General Practice
University of Dublin, Trinity College
Applications are invited for the above post. The appointment will be
located in the Department of Community Health & General Practice at Trinity
College, Dublin and in the Dublin Dental Hospital.
The successful candidate will be required to provide research support for
staff within the Department and to teach both at undergraduate and at
postgraduate level.
Applicants must have had prior experience in the field of biostatistics,
should hold a higher degree, have reached a high standard of
professional attainment and have the capacity to interact with clinicians.
A proven research record in the applications of biostatistics to both
medicine and dentistry will be essential, and previous experience in
curriculum development, teaching and supervision at postgraduate level is
desirable.
Salary Scale: £17,097 - £42,236 per annum
Appointment will be made at a point to accord with the qualifications and
experience to date of the successful candidate.
