Ron, I would contact your state association. Talk to the president, or
someone on the executive board who lives near you. Usually there is a
PTA Delegate, and that would also be a good source. I'm glad you asked
the question, because many of us are naive to our state practice acts.
Also find out if your state practice act is changing, many states are
in the process of adopting a new one. Our state, AZ, is in the process
of defining PTA supervision.
