Dear Dr Smith
C. Read, _Bibliography of British History: Tudor Period 1485-1603_ (2nd
edn, Oxford, 1959) will give you details of the editions of Foxe's
_Actes and Monuments_ (a.k.a. "Book of Martyrs"), herbals (item 3866)
and editions of the Bible (p. 168 ff.) around at the time. The same
reference (p. 339) also gives references to works by John Vigo and
William Bullein (item 4016).
I hope this is of use - I leave it to others to speculate about editions
&c.
Darryl
