The "Voice of the Shuttle" (http://humanitas.ucsb.edu/) lists children's
literature links among the highlights on its main page under "FOR YOUR
CHILDREN". A particularly good and wide-ranging site is Prof. Kay
Vandergrift's Children's Literature Pages at
http://www.scils.rutgers.edu/special/kay/childlit.html
although the SCILS server seems to be down this morning, so I can't check
whether Pinocchio is included.
See also The Children's Literature Web Guide, maintained by David K. Brown
in Calgary, at http://www.acs.ucalgary.ca/~dkbrown/
and the Children's Literature Association, an academic group, at

A Netscape search of "Collodi pinocchio" brings up 4900+ results ....
