Apologies for cross posting. You may have seen this message on dis-forum
last week.
I am a student at City University currently working on my MSc
dissertation; looking at accessibility issues facing people who are blind
and visually impaired and/or deaf or hard or hearing when using the World
Wide Web. I am visually impaired myself, hence my interest in this
subject.
I have devised a questionnaire as part of my project and am looking for
subjects who might be interested in filling it in. There are 22
questions in all although you should find you do not need to answer all
of them. It should take about 15 minutes to complete and can be sent and
returned by e-mail.
If you are either blind or visually impaired or/and deaf or hard of
hearing, use the Web and would like your views and experiences to be
reflected in my dissertation, I would appreciate it very much if you
could help
If you think you might be interested in completing my questionnaire please
could you e-mail me and I will send you a copy. All replies will be
treated in confidence and no names or identifying characteristics of
anyone who has filled in the questionnaire will be disclosed in the
dissertation.
There is a copy of the questionnaire on the Web. It is only possible to
read it there however, not to actually fill it in and return it... sorry!
The URL is http://www.soi.city.ac.uk/~db522/quest.html
Thanks.
