Dear Manion,
The standard treatment for the surgery spine as I have know is keep
stretching dural strutures, for example, auto SLR, auto PKB and auto
slump. The second thing is doing pelvic locking exercise and the last
thing is exercising abdominal and back muscles. Hope this can help you.
