How true. We have the same problem and, although I'm in the medical
school every week I don't necessarily have time to go to the library. We
have used the BMA library and found it very good and helpful. We don't
like to have too many articles to critically appraise at one session
and, as these are held fortnightly reckon that it will cost us less than
UKP20 per month. This is petty cash. Of course, when we really get going
we might find costs rise...

But in the long run we need HAs or NHSE to develop such services for use
by clinicians, which will mean more money. I'd love to have the facility
of ringing or emailing a national NHS library and having the fulltext
faxed or emailed by return..
Cheers
