*  Consumer voice - is the new title of Directorate-General XXIV's
(Consumer Policy and Consumer Health Protection) newsletter which used
to be called 'Info-C'.  It will continue to present a wide range of
articles about issues of concern to consumers and in future editions
'Letters to the editor' will be published which will focus on a single
topic.  A special edition on the euro will appear later this year.

*  Informing young people about Europe : projects 1994-1997
Presents the projects that have been partially financed by the Unit
"Information for trade unions, women and young people" of DG X
Information, Communication, Culture, Audiovisual Media.  The majority of
these projects have finished now, however the Commission will continue
to run programmes targeted at young people.  Browsing through this
publication will give new applicants some idea of the sort of projects
which are available.

This is the first publication of the Commission's "Dialogue with
Citizen's and Business" initiative, the purpose of which is to explain
citizen's rights in the EU and the Single Market and how to exercise
them.  A form is provided in the leaflet to enable the reader to apply
for factsheets which give more detail on many of the points covered by
the Routemap.  Each factsheet covers one Member State and details how
one can exercise one's rights in that country.
