The best way of browsing the net for blind people is to obtain a good
screen reader, such as JFW 3.2, HAL95 or Outspoken for Windows 2.0. Then
you can go from there with almost any browser. You may have some problems
with those frame, javascript and some crazy columns. However, most of
what I mentioned could deal with most if not all problems. We cannot read
the picture yet, I'm afraid.
