999LISTSERV (run by UK MEDICS) is a closed electronic mailing list which
considers itself the best for UK Pre-hospital Immediate Care online
discussions. Subscription is free but registration is required via their
online forms.
Membership tends to attract full-time ambulance service personnel, first
responders and doctors with BASICS or A&E interests. It's a medium volume
list with around 140-150 postings a month. Their pre-hospital case studies
appear to be quite popular.
Details about the mailing list can be found at

All the best,
Mark.
